GISS Culinary Program Receives Donation from the Chamber through Sip & Savour Salt Spring

We are happy to announce that the GISS Culinary Program is the recipient of part proceeds from the Chamber of Commerce hosted Sip & Savour Salt Spring. The event, a part of the Harvest Festival, took place October 21st at the Farmers Institute. The donation of $500 was presented in front of a giant Culinary Program logo at the High School on Dec. 21st.

The plan defines our mandate and objectives, working towards benefiting members and the Salt Spring community as a whole.
